Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in real estate investments along Dwarka Expressway.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct property site visits, present suitable options, and provide expert guidance based on client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to offer informed recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
