Real Estate Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in real estate investments along Dwarka Expressway.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct property site visits, present suitable options, and provide expert guidance based on client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to offer informed recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
