About the Role:
Drive real estate sales by making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into deals. You’ll assess client needs, recommend suitable properties, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call potential clients and explain real estate investment opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property options.
- Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the field sales team for site visits.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of telesales experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
