Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate Preferred)

About the Role:

Drive real estate sales by making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into deals. You’ll assess client needs, recommend suitable properties, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively call potential clients and explain real estate investment opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property options.
  • Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team for site visits.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of telesales experience (Real Estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
