MIS Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient MIS Executive to be the central point for production-related data management and insights. The ideal candidate will be crucial in transforming raw operational data into actionable intelligence through comprehensive reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive support for data-driven decision-making across the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Systematically gather, organize, and analyze critical data pertaining to molding and band saw cutting processes.
• Develop and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) covering key metrics such as production output, equipment downtime, material rejection rates, and material consumption.
• Contribute to effective production planning by providing timely and precise data-driven inputs.
• Collaborate closely with production supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance technicians to collect essential operational data.
• Streamline and automate data reporting workflows utilizing tools like Excel, ERP systems, and other relevant data management platforms.
• Curate and maintain dynamic production dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for real-time visibility.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring the availability of accurate and well-documented data records.
• Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all data handling activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS, data entry, or reporting functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the effective use of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization through charts.
• Foundational understanding of molding and cutting manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience within the rubber, plastic, or polyurethane foam manufacturing sectors.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
