Are you a results-oriented and articulate professional with a passion for driving growth? We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to expand the company reach within the US market. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential clients and building the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospects and effectively schedule compelling demonstration meetings for US-based clientele.
- Proactively engage with leads from the established database through strategic outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM platform utilization.
- Collaborate closely with founders and growth team, contributing actively to the refinement and optimization of outreach strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and pertinent lead information within the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven success in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or cold calling capacity.
- Must be able to work on-site from our Bangalore location.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Prior experience within the B2B SaaS sector or exposure to the US market is highly advantageous. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST – aligning with US business hours)
