Sales Coordination Specialist

Role Overview:

The Sales Coordination Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by effectively managing internal sales processes, cultivating new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational capabilities to support our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and generate potential leads through diverse channels.
  • Facilitate seamless order processing through diligent coordination with the Internal Sales Team.
  • Thoroughly assess client needs and recommend optimal product solutions from our extensive catalog.
  • Engage both existing and prospective clients via telephone to cultivate new sales opportunities.
  • Efficiently distribute price lists, product brochures, and quotations to potential customers.
  • Diligently follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain a comprehensive daily record of sales activities and submit reports to management.
  • Professionally address client inquiries through both verbal and written communication (email).
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Develop and disseminate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to leadership.
Required Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or any equivalent bachelor’s degree.
  • Adept at quickly acquiring and applying new product knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in tele-sales and client relationship management.
