Inside Sales Executive

What you’ll do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, email, and website, qualifying leads and providing information on our engineering products.
  • Make outbound sales calls and follow up with both new and existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and support field sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or trackers and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist with sales documentation and basic after-sales support, all while helping achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Ideal candidates have:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales, coordination, or customer support.
  • A degree or diploma (engineering, commerce, or business preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, plus good MS Office skills.
  • A proactive, positive team approach with strong multitasking and follow-up abilities.
