Role Overview:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, fostering long-term, sustainable partnerships.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within organizations.
- Source and develop new business opportunities through effective networking, follow-up calls, and professional outreach.
- Cultivate and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, driving each stage of the sales process to execution.
- Provide accurate and consistent business forecasting.
- Demonstrate a strong drive and self-motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through direct B2B engagement—both face-to-face client meetings and qualifying inbound leads via phone or email.
- Communicate directly with decision-makers, articulating product and service offerings.
- Assess B2B client requirements and deliver compelling service demonstrations with clear value propositions.
- Execute cold calling and make multiple outbound contacts to potential clients while meeting reporting deadlines.
- Guide clients through the sales closure process, maintaining and strengthening business relationships.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders as needed.
- Organize and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients at meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
- Generate new opportunities from existing and prospective clients; target untapped regions, sectors, and channels.
- Develop and expand the company’s global channel partner network while meeting quarterly sales objectives.
- Effectively prioritize and manage daily and weekly goals to ensure optimum productivity.
- Maintain prompt, clear communication and deliver information in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain reports according to prescribed formats.
- Carry out other key ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Experience:1+ years of B2B sales
- Flueny in Kannada highly preferred
- 2-wheele required to meet B2B clients
