Cybersecurity Manager

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager.The role involves managing enterprise IT infrastructure, implementing AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, overseeing security policies, and ensuring robust protection against evolving threats. Candidates should have strong expertise in system administration, cybersecurity frameworks, and AI-based threat detection tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise IT systems, networks, and security infrastructure
• Implement AI-powered cybersecurity tools for threat detection and incident response
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Monitor, detect, and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks in real time
• Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure integration of AI tools in workflows
• Stay updated with emerging AI security trends, tools, and cyber threat landscapes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field; cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred
• 3–8 years’ experience in system administration and cybersecurity roles
• Hands-on experience with AI-based security platforms and tools
• Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

CTC- 6-10 LPA(Depending on experience)
