Client Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for warm, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join as Client Advisors. This role is ideal for those with a flair for luxury, a keen eye for detail, and a natural ability to connect with people. You will guide clients through an intimate, personalized buying journey while representing a brand built on craftsmanship, storytelling, and timeless style.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in discovering the perfect ring or jewellery piece, offering thoughtful styling advice and sharing the story behind each design
• Deliver a luxury, personalized client experience that feels exclusive and memorable
• Maintain immaculate product displays that reflect elegance and attention to detail
• Provide after-sales support including sizing, customization, maintenance, and long-term care guidance
• Ensure the store environment is refined, welcoming, and aligned with luxury brand standards

Requirements

• Education in Business, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Jewellery, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills with natural warmth and confidence
• Interest in jewellery, styling, and luxury craftsmanship
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Team player with a client-first mindset
