Solution Specialist Executive (Inside Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Specialist Executive (Inside Sales) to conduct remote product demos, engage potential customers, and guide them through the sales process. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build relationships while showcasing the value of software solutions in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations remotely for potential customers
  • Understand client requirements and highlight how the solution meets their needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-ups
  • Handle objections and provide problem-solving support during the sales process
  • Make cold calls, deliver sales pitches, draft professional emails, and schedule demos
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track leads, interactions, and progress
  • Meet targets and take ownership of responsibilities in achieving sales goals
Requirements
  • Graduate degree (any stream) with basic IT knowledge (programming, databases, web applications, AI, CRM, ERP, accounting software, HR, payroll, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
  • Positive attitude with the ability to take on responsibility and meet targets
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset

CTC: up to 25k
