We are looking for an organized and proactive Head – Operations Coordinator to lead operations support function. You will act as the primary bridge between central management and regional teams, ensuring standardized, efficient, and compliant branch operations across all locations.
Responsibilities
1. Regional Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as the central point of contact for all Regional Operations Coordinators.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address challenges.
- Ensure timely and consistent dissemination of policy updates and procedures from HQ to branches.
2. Issue Resolution & Support:
- Prioritize and resolve branch-level escalations regarding Operations and Administration.
- Collaborate with internal departments (IT, HR, Finance, Compliance) to implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
- Maintain detailed issue logs to track progress and provide transparent feedback to regional teams.
3. Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Standardization: Champion the implementation of uniform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all branches.
- Performance: Monitor branch metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements.
- Administration: Oversee facility management, vendor relations, and supply ordering.
- Compliance: Ensure strictly adherence to internal quality standards and external legal regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in operations management, with at least 2 years in a multi-site/regional supervisory role.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in Retail, Banking, or NBFC sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Operations Management software.
- Project Management certification.
