Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Executive to drive revenue generation through both new business development and repeat clientele in the BTL (Below The Line) and Events sector. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities
Client Management & Business Development
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client and the company.
- Drive business development by identifying new prospects, understanding client business scenarios, and analyzing technology needs.
- Identify opportunities for solution offerings and prepare comprehensive business proposals.
- Ensure all project requisites and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Project Execution & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Design teams to ensure project accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Coordinate effectively with the internal Field Team.
- Oversee the handling and approval of artworks.
- Prepare and submit execution plans for new ideas and implement approved strategies.
- Generate detailed documentation, including Recce Reports, Installation Reports, and Post-Event Reports.
Creative & Technical Oversight
- Participate in brainstorming, ideation, and design development for client creatives.
- Review and manage various artwork formats (JPEG, TIFF, PSD, CDR) to ensure technical compliance.
Requirements
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding artwork formats (JPEG, TIFF, PSD, CDR).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management capabilities and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required by project needs.
- In-depth understanding of various Printing Media and specifications.
