Solution Architect

We are looking for an accomplished Solution Architect who can design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance technical solutions. The ideal professional will connect business objectives with technical execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern solutions that support organizational priorities. The role requires working within an Agile setup with POD-based delivery to enhance ownership, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design

• Create end-to-end architectures for web, mobile, and cloud platforms using the defined tech stack.
• Convert business needs into reliable, scalable technical solutions.

2. Agile POD-Based Execution

• Partner with cross-functional POD teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to deliver iterative improvements.
• Maintain clear ownership of POD deliverables to promote accountability and smooth execution.
• Help define and refine POD processes to align with organizational goals.

3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Work with product, engineering, and business teams to establish technical requirements.
• Lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Technical Expertise

• Offer architectural direction and best practices for integrations, APIs, and microservices.
• Ensure all solutions meet non-functional parameters such as scalability, reliability, and security.

5. Documentation

• Produce and maintain architectural documents including solution blueprints and workflows.
• Develop technical roadmaps and comprehensive design documents.

6. Mentorship

• Mentor engineering teams throughout development and deployment activities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide insights to improve quality and performance.

7. Innovation and Optimization

• Identify opportunities for technical enhancements and drive solution innovation.
• Assess new technologies and suggest optimal tools and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a Solution Architect role or similar capacity.
• Strong expertise in Java, Angular, and Python.
• Solid understanding of databases including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially POD-based execution.
• Strong analytical abilities and a background in designing scalable systems.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or OOH advertising technology.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence, and experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect.
