We are looking for a Project Manager (Technical) who can lead end to end delivery of software and IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross functional teams, translate business needs into technical plans, manage client communication, and ensure successful execution of all project phases with strong adherence to quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery Management
- Manage end to end technical delivery of software or IT infrastructure projects.
- Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and prepare regular status reports.
2. Team Coordination
- Coordinate developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and other cross functional teams.
- Assist developers in resolving implementation challenges and perform code quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, agile, or DevOps best practices.
3. Client Interaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates, queries, and escalations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Manage change requests and conduct impact analysis.
4. Process and Quality Control
- Oversee delivery standards, documentation, and project governance.
- Conduct post implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Six to eight years of experience in IT project or delivery management in a client facing role.
- Strong technical understanding of software development, cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations.
- Hands on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving ability.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and diverse project stakeholders.
