Sales Head

Role Overview

The role requires a strong sales leader with experience in high-intensity sales environments such as Education, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Financial Services.

You will be responsible for driving revenue outcomes, managing a large sales team, and maintaining strong execution discipline. The position offers uncapped incentives and direct visibility to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team of 20–30 members, including multiple Team Leads.
• Define and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to ensure consistent achievement.
• Enforce strong follow-up discipline, sales funnel hygiene, and high-quality closure execution.
• Conduct periodic sales reviews using dashboards and data-driven performance metrics.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve conversions and overall effectiveness.
• Identify performance gaps promptly and implement corrective action plans.
• Drive execution of all sales processes, revenue campaigns, and on-ground activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of pipeline, leads, closures, and productivity metrics.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, speed, and high energy.
• Collaborate closely with the COO on sales strategy, execution, and team development.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of experience in high-pressure sales roles across Education, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to manage and lead large teams of 20–30 people, including team leads.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Exceptional closing skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Assertive leadership style capable of driving performance while maintaining team respect.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
• High comfort with targets, pressure, and extended working hours when required.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
