Sales Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to support the growth of IVF and Gynaecology services. The role involves extensive fieldwork, developing and managing doctor referral networks, and generating quality leads to achieve clinic growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular field visits to IVF and Gynaecology doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with referring doctors.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through consistent doctor engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal clinic teams to manage patient flow and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate daily visit reports, lead tracking, and MIS documentation.
  • Achieve monthly IVF booking targets through an active referral network.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, medical camps, and promotional events.
Experience
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, preferably in IVF, Gynaecology, or Pharma (Gyn segment).
  • Proven experience in field sales or doctor-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
  • Basic proficiency in computers, including Excel and CRM systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for field visits.
