Performance Marketing Manager (Multi Geo, Multi Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and geographies. This role involves end-to-end ownership of performance campaigns on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, Mercado Libre, and other marketplaces, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, Mercado Libre, and other marketplace platforms
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with objectives related to awareness, acquisition, and sales
Strategy, Targeting & Execution
  • Develop full-funnel paid marketing strategies tailored to different geographies (US, EU, LATAM, Asia, etc.)
  • Define and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
Performance Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance daily across all platforms
  • Optimize budgets, bids, keywords, placements, and creatives to improve ROAS and CAC
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and messaging
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones
Cross-Platform & Marketplace Coordination
  • Align paid campaigns with marketplace strategies on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Mercado Libre
  • Coordinate ads with product launches, influencer campaigns, promotions, and major sales events
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Analyze trends across CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and customer behavior
  • Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Console, and TikTok Ads Manager
Growth & Scaling
  • Test new ad formats, beta features, and emerging platform opportunities
  • Expand campaigns into new geographies with localized optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement in ROI, traffic quality, and overall sales performance
Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising
  • Strong understanding of global markets and cross-geo campaign execution
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Experience managing large budgets and improving ROAS and CAC
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
