Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across global markets. This role requires hands-on expertise across multiple ad platforms and the ability to drive measurable growth in brand awareness, traffic, and sales through performance-led strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Mercado Libre, and other regional platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns across geographies for reach, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Strategy & Execution
  • Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies tailored to different markets.
  • Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting.
  • Plan and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum returns.
Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track campaign performance daily and continuously optimize bids, creatives, audiences, and keywords.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, formats, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs such as CTR, CAC, ROAS, and sales targets.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use analytics and platform dashboards (Google Analytics, Ads Managers, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, creative, sales, and influencer marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and landing page optimization.
Brand Growth & Market Expansion
  • Drive brand visibility and growth across new and existing markets using paid media.
  • Identify emerging ad platforms, formats, and trends to scale performance.
Requirements
  • 2–6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and international marketplaces such as Mercado Libre.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns for conversions, sales, and ROAS.
  • Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools including Google Analytics and pixels.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.
