HR Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist for a pharma company . As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding process
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Conduct orientation programs for new hires
Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and concerns promptly
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts effectively
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Process payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
  • MBA in HR or related field
  • Freshers or recent graduates with strong HR fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HRMS software (preferred)
  • A passion for HR and a desire to contribute to a growing organization
