We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist for a pharma company . As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Conduct orientation programs for new hires
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts effectively
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA in HR or related field
- Freshers or recent graduates with strong HR fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HRMS software (preferred)
