Telecaller

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals as Telecallers for a pharma company. You will be responsible for outbound calls to healthcare professionals, such as doctors and pharmacists, to promote our company’s pharmaceutical products. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and build strong relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals to introduce our products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with potential customers.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and be able to articulate key benefits.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
