We are looking for a highly motivated AI Support Engineer who is passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers using AI-powered tools, ensuring smooth adoption, and resolving technical challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer issues related to product usage, deployment errors, or software bugs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using strong computer science and problem-solving skills.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Track issues end-to-end and communicate solutions effectively to customers.
- Educate customers on best practices and proper usage of the platform.
- Document recurring issues, solutions, and insights to improve internal knowledge bases and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Basic understanding of cloud environments and software deployment.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs).
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools is an added advantage.
