Overview We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. You will drive the architecture, design, and development of high-performance, cloud-native platforms, focusing on LLM-powered enterprise products and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers while remaining active in hands-on architecture and system design.
- Drive the development of Agentic AI systems, RAG-based solutions, and LLM integrations.
- Build scalable microservices, data pipelines, and high-availability distributed systems.
- Oversee the full SDLC using Agile processes, ensuring code quality, testing, and observability.
- Partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10 to 14 years in software development with 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience with LangChain, LLaMA, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems.
- Hands-on proficiency in Java, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Expertise in PySpark, Big Data (Hadoop), PostgreSQL, and MySQL optimization.
- Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Expert-level use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and ChatGPT.

- Experience scaling AI-driven SaaS platforms.
- Strong background in system reliability and real-time AI/ML integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
