Business Development Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to join our Ahmedabad team. You will drive strategic growth by expanding our partner network within the IoT and Air Chemistry sectors, acting as the primary liaison to manage relationships and unlock new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and successfully onboard new business partners.
• Cultivate productive and healthy relationships with partners to meet strategic business objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication and structured governance.
• Track, analyze, and consistently report partner performance metrics to the senior leadership team.
• Participate in relevant client meetings to provide technical sales support whenever necessary.
• Foster deep collaboration to unlock greater business potential and shared opportunities.
• Develop frameworks for sharing best practices, conducting joint research, validating government initiatives, and exploring innovative use cases.
• Act as the central bridge between the organization and its partners, driving and managing projects awarded by the partner.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or demonstrate a strong passion and foundational knowledge of IoT and Air Chemistry.
• Possess outstanding English communication skills to effectively engage, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities to drive seamless teamwork across internal cross-functional groups and external partners.
• Be highly driven, results-oriented, and fully capable of achieving set targets independently.
• Show strong organizational discipline in proactively managing partner relationships to maximize mutual value and drive growth.
• Be adaptable to global business dynamics and eager to learn regional business practices corresponding to specific partner geographies.
