We are looking for a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist with 2–7 years of experience to lead and execute influencer marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in identifying relevant influencers, building partnerships, managing end-to-end campaigns, and tracking performance across digital platforms.
Candidates with prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, perfume, or fragrance industry will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as brand, digital, content, and social media to ensure campaign consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
- Track influencer trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets, contracts, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and platform regulations.
- Prepare regular campaign analysis reports and share insights for future optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging creator channels.
- Proven experience in influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social listening tools.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of content trends and consumer behavior.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with brands in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, perfume, or fragrance industry will be an added advantage.
- Existing network of influencers and agencies within lifestyle, beauty, and personal care categories is preferred.
- Understanding of beauty and fragrance consumer trends, product positioning, and content aesthetics.
