Project Manager – Learning Platforms

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Project Manager to manage the onboarding, implementation, rollout, and adoption of enterprise learning platforms. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, delivery, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth platform deployments and successful adoption.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing SaaS implementations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and translating technical platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure platform readiness for enterprise implementations and rollouts.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, implementation, and platform rollout activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders regarding integrations, security, compliance, data, and analytics requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans with clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Track project progress and maintain visibility on risks, blockers, delays, and pending actions.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues when required.
• Ensure timely completion of implementation activities in accordance with agreed project timelines.
• Support platform adoption and ensure users and stakeholders are set up for successful usage.
• Gather feedback during and after rollouts and coordinate with internal teams to improve the implementation experience.
• Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action trackers.
• Communicate project updates effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bring structure, accountability, and consistency to project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Experience managing client onboarding, software implementations, platform deployments, or rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of product capabilities and the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies within defined timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and bottlenecks proactively.
• Basic understanding of API integrations, data flows, authentication processes, and system workflows.
• Strong follow-up, stakeholder management, and escalation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and project-tracking abilities.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently from initiation through completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS products or platforms.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, or behavioural learning products.
• Experience working with AI-enabled platforms, reporting systems, or analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with project-management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Excel, or similar platforms.
