How we build a relevant shortlist
Our screening starts with the actual operating environment: plant size, product lines, process requirements, location, shift expectations, leadership scope and notice period. We assess role-relevant experience and compensation alignment before introducing candidates.
Our standard recruitment model is success-based: a professional fee of 6% of annual CTC, no upfront fee, payment after the selected candidate joins, and a free replacement within the first three months under the agreed terms.
