Ad Operations Specialist

We looking for an experienced Ad Operations Specialist with strong expertise in OpenRTB, DSP/SSP integrations, and server-side ad tech platforms such as Limelight, SpringServe, or similar solutions. This mid-senior role is ideal for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving performance, scalability, and revenue growth within programmatic advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, implement, and optimize OpenRTB integrations across supply and demand partners.
  • Execute and monitor DSP and SSP integrations on server-side platforms (e.g., Limelight, SpringServe, custom ad servers).
  • Monitor ad delivery and proactively troubleshoot issues related to latency, fill rate, CPM fluctuations, and traffic quality.
  • Analyze partner performance and drive improvements across revenue, fill rate, eCPM, and win rate.
  • Maintain regular communication with demand and supply partners to manage relationships, align on performance goals, and launch new initiatives.
  • Document new integrations, maintain structured onboarding workflows, and recommend technical or operational enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Programmatic Advertising, with strong exposure to the OpenRTB protocol.
  • In-depth understanding of DSP/SSP integrations, bid request/response flows, server-side implementations, and real-time analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with ad servers such as Limelight, SpringServe, AdButler, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with knowledge of key metrics including eCPM, fill rate, IVT, and win rate.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Prebid, VAST, OpenRTB, Ad Exchanges (AdX), and related programmatic technologies.
  • Experience with ad compliance and fraud detection tools such as Pixalate, WhiteOps, or similar traffic validation platforms.
