Associate Vice President – Executive Division

Role Overview:

The Associate Vice President – Executive Division plays a critical role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, conducting financial research, and leading teams. The role is structured around four key pillars essential to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth:
  • Generate business through client referrals
  • Expand service offerings and increase AUM from existing clients
  • Build trust and credibility through effective communication
Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial goals and needs
  • Address client queries and concerns in a timely manner
Research:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment funds
  • Participate in fund manager discussions to align research insights
Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals
  • Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and challenges
Candidate Requirements:
  • MBA (Finance or related field) preferred
  • OR 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • OR CA / CFP / CFA (pursuing or completed)
  • NISM Investment Advisory (Level A & B) certification preferred

Mode: Work from Office – 5 days/week
Bond: 2 Years
