Business Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a target-oriented and self-motivated Business Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate sales, specifically within concept selling, events, and BTL marketing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from devising strategies and generating leads to nurturing client relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
  • Devise and execute successful business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct contact, networking, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Attend networking events and activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on consumption trends to ensure company offerings remain relevant in the market.
Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion.
  • Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts.
  • Identify client pain points and suggest suitable services to generate revenue (Consultative Selling).
  • Draft compelling business proposals and contracts to secure revenue.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients to secure attractive pricing and close deals.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling by suggesting upgrades or additional services relevant to client needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all services offered by the company to better serve clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Sales. Specific experience in Concept Selling, Marketing, Events, and BTL/B2B Sales is mandatory.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
  • A “go-getter” attitude, self-motivated, and intuitive regarding human behavior and client psychology.
  • Proficiency in writing business proposals and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
