Roles and Responsibilities:
- Target identification and lead generation
- Cold walk-ins to meet the Promoters of real estate developing companies
- Meet the Promoters / Senior Management of real estate developing companies
- Pitch / promote the company’s services offerings
- Develop and maintain relationship with prospective clients
- New client acquisition and business generation
- Evaluate real estate loan proposals
- Work with clients to get the documentation and data required for processing loans
- Work and coordinate with financial institutions throughout the loan appraisal and disbursement process including credit, legal and technical
- Managing new and existing accounts, and addressing their requirements
- Coordinate with financial institutions and clients to ensure compliances are met
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Grasp over English and Marathi
- Exceptional people skills
- Existing network / relationship with Real Estate Developers will be advantage
- Proactive team player who will do what needs be done with minimum supervision
CTC 4-8 LPA(Depending on experience and interview performance)
