Business Development Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to support partner acquisition, relationship management, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong partner networks, driving collaboration, and contributing to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new business partners to expand the company’s network.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to achieve business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and governance.
• Track, analyze, and report partner performance metrics to senior management.
• Participate in customer meetings alongside partners, providing technical sales support when required.
• Foster deeper collaboration with partners to unlock higher business potential.
• Establish frameworks for partner best practices, joint research initiatives, government validations, and new use-case development.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and partners, managing and executing partner-driven projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a strong interest and willingness to learn about IoT and Air Chemistry.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams and external partners.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proactive approach to managing partner relationships and maximizing business value.
• Adaptability to work in a global business environment and understand diverse market practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding or exposure to IoT ecosystems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently.
