Business Development Executive

  • Engage with prospects through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects, introducing our services and understanding their needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects to showcase our offerings.
  • Follow up with prospects to address questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience working in Staffing and Recruitment agency/company is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheet.
