Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Monitor and ensure timely customer renewals and recharges.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share within the MENA region, with a specific focus on the Web3 and Gaming industries, or other designated sectors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory management plans.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, including those within assigned verticals, to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage all aspects of contract negotiations to successful closure.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales pipeline data and reporting.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective management of pre-sales and post-sales engagement.
  • Demonstrate a fundamental technical understanding of Cloud Computing principles, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Network Services), and internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers) to effectively communicate value propositions (implementation not required).
  • Undertake moderate travel within the region as required.
Qualifications:
  • Foundational knowledge of Cloud Service offerings and their applications.
  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in technology-related sales or business development, or a recent graduate with a relevant IT-related degree.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, demonstrating self-motivation, passion, and the ability to function effectively within a team environment.
  • Proven responsibility and a strong ethical character.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and project deliverables with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to develop mutually beneficial solutions for clients.
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) is essential.
