Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and proactive Business Development Executive who can effectively engage with prospects, generate leads, and support revenue growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor India sales performance, revenue, and key business metrics accurately
- Prepare and present periodic reports with actionable insights for management decision-making
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding dues
- Coordinate closely with finance teams for billing, collections, and revenue realization
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Identify and generate high-potential leads aligned with business objectives
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of prospects
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, queries, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Ensure high responsiveness and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
- Support lead progression through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups
- Manage professional email communication on behalf of the VP – Sales
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Ensure effective coordination and follow-ups for leadership priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) for seamless execution
- Act as a bridge between departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and virtual communication tools
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Adaptability to work with global clients across different time zones
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in international sales or partner development is an added advantage
