Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and proactive Business Development Executive who can effectively engage with prospects, generate leads, and support revenue growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor India sales performance, revenue, and key business metrics accurately
  • Prepare and present periodic reports with actionable insights for management decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding dues
  • Coordinate closely with finance teams for billing, collections, and revenue realization
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and generate high-potential leads aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of prospects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, queries, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Ensure high responsiveness and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
  • Support lead progression through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups
  • Manage professional email communication on behalf of the VP – Sales
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
  • Ensure effective coordination and follow-ups for leadership priorities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) for seamless execution
  • Act as a bridge between departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and virtual communication tools
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Adaptability to work with global clients across different time zones
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Eligibility Criteria:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in international sales or partner development is an added advantage
