Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Negotiation: Ability to engage prospects, present financial products effectively, and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho) for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and building customer relationships.
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial products, investment options, and market trends to offer informed solutions.
  • Communication and Persuasion: Strong verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on convincing and relationship-building skills.
  • Lead Generation: Skilled in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the companys financial products, enabling clear and accurate product explanations.
  • Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adjust strategies based on client feedback, market conditions, and company goals.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with online sales platforms, sales tracking software, and basic digital marketing tools.
Salary – 2.5 LPA to 4.5LPA
