Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a high-performing and inspiring Sales Manager to lead a results-driven sales team and contribute directly to high-ticket sales.

In this role, you will oversee a team of Sales Executives, drive individual and team performance, and play a key role in achieving revenue growth through strategic sales execution and personal sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives focused on high-ticket sales.
• Set weekly and monthly sales targets and track performance using defined KPIs.
• Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to improve team results.
• Support team members in handling objections, navigating prospects, and closing complex deals.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on growth, discipline, and accountability.
• Personally manage a pipeline of high-intent leads and close high-ticket sales.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and provide customized financial consultation.
• Act as a role model in sales approach, communication, and execution discipline.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead flow and conversion funnels.
• Share regular performance reports and insights with leadership.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 4–5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven success in high-ticket sales, preferably in financial services, training, or education.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic sales performance analysis.
• Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ownership-driven with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
