We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager for a pharma company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our strategic objectives and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers.
Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a business development or sales role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
