Businesses Development Manager

We are looking for an outcome-driven, self-starter with a passion for solution selling and a desire to contribute to B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with core target audience, including CXOs, Head HRs, and L&D Heads, as part of sales and marketing strategy.
  • Achieve lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and expand network within these organizations.
  • Manage a schedule to secure approximately 20-25 meetings per month with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and effectively demonstrate how the company can fulfill their learning objectives.
  • Conduct compelling online demos to showcase offerings and address customer requirements.
  • Create and deliver impressive client pitches that highlight the brand’s unique and premium position in the corporate education market.
  • Proactively nurture client relationships to build trust, generate new business opportunities, and close deals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales is essential.
  • Proficiency in using lead management and CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing abilities.
  • Proven capability to engage and build rapport with senior management.
  • A strong research-oriented mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to meet customer needs.
