The CTO or VP of Engineering will define and execute the organization’s technology vision in close partnership with the CEO. This role will lead product engineering, AI strategy, platform scalability, and technical operations to deliver a robust, secure, and scalable B2B platform aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO on product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Lead engineering teams and drive end-to-end product development
- Own AI roadmap, innovation, and technology adoption
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and performance
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and agile processes
- Mentor leaders and build a high-performing, low-attrition engineering team
- Provide hands-on technical leadership when required
Key Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in software product engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or Technical Architect with execution ownership
- Strong background in building and scaling B2B platforms
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Kubernetes, Redis)
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, or NLP
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and cybersecurity
- B.E. or B.Tech from a reputed institution
