Client Relations Executive

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee client servicing, relationship management, and operational support for a portfolio of wealth management clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experience, leading the client relations team, overseeing investment transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through strong client engagement and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and service requests.
  • Conduct regular client interactions and review meetings.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the Client Relations team.
  • Monitor team performance and service quality.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members.
Investment & Transaction Management:
  • Oversee transactions related to Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, NCDs, and Fixed Deposits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of client investment requests.
  • Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
Client Servicing & Compliance:
  • Manage KYC, FATCA, nominee updates, and other client servicing requirements.
  • Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTAs), and insurance providers.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
Portfolio Review & Client Support:
  • Coordinate portfolio review meetings with clients.
  • Assist in preparing portfolio reports and presentations.
  • Follow up on action items and client requirements after review meetings.
Business Development Support:
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and client referrals.
  • Support initiatives focused on client retention and growth of assets under management (AUM).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Track service requests and operational performance metrics.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of client information.
Client Engagement:
  • Coordinate investor awareness programs, client events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collect client feedback and implement service improvement measures.
  • Continuously enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of wealth management products and financial markets.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, including KYC and FATCA.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools.
  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
