Receptionist (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist for a pharma company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Additional Preferences:
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
