We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist for a pharma company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients.
- Handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
