Equity Dealer and Research Analyst

We are looking for an Equity Dealer & Research Analyst.The role involves conducting advanced equity valuations, executing trades, structuring PIPE deals, tracking market trends, and ensuring SEBI compliance. Candidates should have 2–5 years’ experience in equity trading/investment banking, strong financial modeling skills, and in-depth knowledge of Indian capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct equity valuation using DCF, relative valuation, comparable transactions, etc.
• Execute buy/sell transactions in listed equity markets per firm strategy and client mandates.
• Collaborate on PIPE deal structuring, pricing, and timing.
• Track market developments, price trends, and investor sentiment.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide trading recommendations.
• Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and transaction memos.
• Maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, brokers, and research analysts.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CFA, CA, MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years’ experience in equity trading, investment banking, or valuation advisory.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Knowledge of Indian capital markets & SEBI norms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Bloomberg, and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

CTC- 8 to 15 LPA(Depending on experience)
