Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, and closing sales deals. This role involves traveling within a designated area, presenting products or services to potential customers, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Identify and target potential customers through various channels (cold-calling, door-to-door visits, networking).
  • Client Meetings: Meet with potential and existing clients to present products or services, discuss their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, targets, and outcomes to the sales manager.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and prices with clients, and finalize sales contracts.
  • After-Sales Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and maintaining communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
