We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with 2–7 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in driving traffic, leads, and conversions through data-backed campaign strategies and continuous performance improvement.
Candidates from the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, perfume, or fragrance industry will have an added advantage due to relevant category understanding and audience insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor benchmarking, and campaign structuring.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights through regular performance reports.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate spends across campaigns to maximize returns.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams to align paid media strategy with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–7 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max.
- Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Good understanding of bidding strategies, campaign optimization, attribution, and funnel performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates from beauty / cosmetics / skincare / perfume / fragrance industry will be preferred.
- Experience working on D2C or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.
- Google Ads certifications are a plus.
