Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee various departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the property’s aesthetics and operational readiness to consistently meet luxury benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in handling hotel/resort operations, with a significant portion in luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury hospitality standards and practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize financial performance, and drive revenue.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
