HR Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for a manufacturing unit in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to plant HR operations, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and overall HR administration within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant / manufacturing unit
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee lifecycle management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation
  • Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and industrial relations
  • Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development initiatives
  • Prepare HR MIS, reports, and support audits / compliance requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of plant HR operations, labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations
  • Experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS, attendance systems, payroll coordination, and MS Excel
Preferred Candidate
  • Hands-on HR professional with experience in a factory / plant setup
  • Ability to work closely with plant leadership and manage day-to-day HR operations independently
