Influencer Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations end to end. This role involves identifying relevant influencers, coordinating campaigns, ensuring timely content delivery, and tracking performance to meet brand and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management

• Identify and connect with influencers across relevant social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Ensure campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables are met as planned.

Coordination & Negotiation

• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines with influencers or agencies.
• Coordinate approvals, content flow, and publishing schedules.

Logistics & Product Dispatch

• Manage dispatch of PR packages, product kits, and campaign materials.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to influencers.

Briefing & Content Management

• Create clear and detailed content and video briefs aligned with campaign objectives.
• Ensure influencers understand messaging, guidelines, and brand tone.
• Follow up for content submissions, revisions, and final approvals.
• Ensure content goes live as per agreed timelines.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track influencer campaign performance and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain records of collaborations, negotiations, and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of brand marketing and social media trends.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
