International Sales Executive

We are seeking an International Sales Executive. The candidate should drive international market expansion, build strong client relationships, and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase global sales of our industrial packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Lead Generation:

Conduct market analysis to identify potential international markets for our products.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients using B2B platforms, trade directories, and industry contacts.

Sales Outreach and Business Development:

Initiate and manage outreach campaigns, including email, calls, and social media engagement.
Negotiate terms and close deals with international distributors, agents, and manufacturers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong communication with international clients, addressing inquiries, and providing post-sales support.
Use CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and conversion rates effectively.

Market Feedback and Strategy Development:

Gather insights from customers about local market trends and preferences.
Provide actionable feedback to refine product offerings and improve sales strategies.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure proper export documentation, including invoices, shipping papers, and certifications.
Stay updated with international trade regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years in international sales or business development, preferably in industrial packaging or related industries.

Skills:

Proficiency in B2B sales platforms.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of international trade practices, including terms and export documentation.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
