Junior HR Executive

Role Overview:

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Provide payroll-related support such as attendance and leave tracking
  • Coordinate internal communication and engagement initiatives
  • Draft HR letters, contracts, and maintain compliance documentation
  • Respond to basic employee queries and assist with issue resolution
  • Contribute to performance management and feedback collection processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or relevant internships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage
