Role Overview:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Provide payroll-related support such as attendance and leave tracking
- Coordinate internal communication and engagement initiatives
- Draft HR letters, contracts, and maintain compliance documentation
- Respond to basic employee queries and assist with issue resolution
- Contribute to performance management and feedback collection processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or relevant internships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage
