Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Technical Support Executive to assist our partners and clients with technical inquiries and problem resolution. Operating within the environmental monitoring domain, you will ensure maximum client satisfaction by troubleshooting hardware, onboarding clients, and resolving issues promptly. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys hands-on problem solving in an energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate commitment, focus, and follow-through to see technical problems through to complete resolution.
- Comply with standard procedures for the proper handoff of unresolvable issues to appropriate internal teams, maximizing client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively to provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients and the project team, both orally and in writing.
- Document knowledge thoroughly by creating detailed technical notes and articles.
- Ensure proper recording of all client interactions and the complete closure of all presented issue logs.
- Troubleshoot hardware remotely with clients over video calls, email, and messaging platforms.
- Successfully onboard clients by assisting with product setup and providing interactive demonstrations.
- Maintain availability to work flexible hours once or twice a month, as required by operational needs.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Hold a BE, B.Tech, or B.Sc degree (in Electronics/Electrical, Computer Science, or any other engineering discipline).
- Possess 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in technical support or a related field.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts.
- Exhibit the ability to work “hands-on” and seamlessly multitask within a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working and learning independently.
